RESERVATION INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
ALL CLASSMATES ARE INVITED AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
TO ATTEND THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT !!!
All three days of the event, June 18, 19 & 20, 2010 are restricted to Class of 1980 only ! All other persons making reservations to this event who are not Class of 1980 will be immediately identified and not included on the RSVP list There will be, however, public entertainment areas within the Beach Club for other classes to reunite and socialize with the Class of 1980 outside of our main reunion area.
The mixer held on June 18th can be reserved alone. When reunion event dinner held on the 19th is reserved the mixer is automatically included for a savings! The brunch that will be held on June 20 can be added to the reunion event dinner only and can not be reserved alone. Hotel stays are a completely separate reservation and each classmate's sole responsibility. Deadline for event reservations is June 1, 2010.
Maximum participation to all events is encouraged. A great deal of planning and effort have been made to make this a very successful and fun time for one of the best classes Meadville High School ever produced.
Park Restoration, LLC has been very generous, gracious and instrumental in aiding the Reunion Committee with the success and planning of this event. The costs of this event are very affordable and the accommodations will reflect casual class with uncompromising quality.

The cost of the events are as follows:
If you plan to attend Mixer only it is $10.00. If you book the event for $35.00 that automatically registers you for the Mixer and saves you money !! The brunch is $10.00 and has to be added to the event only, it cannot be registered for alone. If you bring a guest the cost is $65.00 total for event and mixer !! If you do Mixer, Event and Brunch the cost is $85.00 for both for all three events

Advance Ticket Purchase Policy:
Tickets quantities and reservations are often limited making it necessary to turn down potential guests due to space and other limitations.
Meals are scheduled and often prepared in advance.
Staffing is scheduled in advance.
Table and room arrangements are often customized to match the crowd.
It is thus our policy that all advance tickets purchases are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to all events, dinners, shows and the like that require advance reservations or tickets purchase.
